Magic is from smiles,
loud, happy laughter
eyes that seem to hold galaxies
inside jokes that no one else gets
People think that magic isn't real
Wrong
I see it in every newly wed couple
hear it in every spark of joy
feel it in hugs that are perhaps too tight
smell it in every homemade dish
I see it all in the eyes of my friends
